All orders will be shipped within two business days of receipt. In some instances we may take an extra day or two, to try and locate a copy of a book that has been previously sold,

General Shipment Information:
Orders are normally shipped via Normal Mail for domestic orders in Malaysia and by International Airmail for all foreign orders unless otherwise requested. Shipping cost will be calculated based on weight during the checkout process when you are placing your orders. If a more expedited form of delivery is requested, additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the service requested.

Return Policy:
Before returning any item you must contact ComicsMailOrder.com via email at return@comicsmailorder.com for a return Merchandise Authorization number.
The Email must contain information for each return item:
1. Product ID
2. Reason for returning the product .Please include as much detail as possible.
3. The order number & Date.

No return of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

Returns may only be made if sent back within three days of the date of receipt and only if the book is not as advertised either as to content or condition. If book is not as advertised, shipping charges will be refunded in the form of store credits to be deducted in future orders. Any return must be in the condition received and sent to:

Crediting Your Account:
All credits will be issued within 5 days of a return to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice.

Credits and Exchanges:
Any book may be returned at any time for a store credit of one third of the price originally paid, provided that the book is in substantially the same condition as sold.
